Compliance of a Groupe Sélection Terrebonne residential project

Global description

Acoustic comfort in homes is a fundamental element in the creation of a residential project. Atelier 7hz assists architects and mechanics for a residential project (Waltz building) on Yves-Blais street in Terrebonne, by carrying out an exterior compliance study.

Challenges

This project is located near highways 40 and 640. A projection of road traffic in 2021 and 2031 was carried out, and recommendations on the building envelope (glazing) were issued following this study.
