Hotel Porte de Clichy – Paris

Global Description

The project consists of the rehabilitation of an old building to transform it into a hotel. Different interventions on the structure, the second work and the complete renovation of the building by integrating common areas and a swimming pool. The project includes more than 170 rooms, meeting rooms and a restaurant.

Challenges

The objective of the study is to ensure an optimal level of interior background noise in the rooms. The project being close to the ring road, therefore in a classified sector, it is necessary to ensure an adapted façade insulation performance. Interior insulation, reverberation and noise from HVAC equipment.
